Council of Yukon First Nations (CYFN)

The Council of Yukon First Nations (CYFN) offers a wide range of services to support Yukon First Nations communities. These include language and wellness centers, family preservation services, natural resources, and so much more. They also provide support under Jordan’s Principle, ensuring First Nations children have equitable access to essential services.

  • Moccasin Mobile Outreach Van
The downtown mobile outreach is intended to reduce barriers for vulnerable persons by meeting them where and when they need support. The name Moccasin Mobile Outreach was selected to reflect the nature of the service and to provide cultural safety for Yukon First Nations and Indigenous people in the downtown core. It runs Thursday through Saturday from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.
