Psychiatric Outreach Program
The Psychiatric Outreach Program provides community-based mental health care for severe and persistent conditions. Services include system navigation, psychoeducation, social and wellness groups, medication support, and collaboration with families and other providers. Those under 30 with new diagnoses of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis can access the Early Psychosis Intervention Program.Counselling Services
Counsellors offer screening, assessment, and support for individuals facing various mental health and substance use challenges. Services include both individual and group counselling. Clients can expect to receive an individual counselling appointment within 72 hours of reaching out. Call Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Child, Youth, and Family Services
This team will provide services to meet the needs of children, youth and families. These services include early intervention, crisis management, assessment, counselling, outreach, family therapy and case management. Call Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Intensive Treatment Programs
These programs provide addictions treatment and mental wellness support to people who require a live-in environment, or to people who would like to live at home and access group-based treatment. Programs are available for all genders and intake is ongoing. Call Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
